    I would like to simply say what I like about this hotel:

    Reception was amazingly helpful and friendly. Any question was answered. Bellboys were immediately helpful. Slavi was wonderful. He should be in the management. Everything was clean in our rooms and elsewhere.

    Breakfast staff - very quick and helpful. Our dinner was delicious. The staff helped us choose from the menu. Dobrin, our waiter, was excellent.

    We even met their marketing/sales person, Greta, a devoted and efficient worker.

    Everyone was so cheerful and willing.

    It felt like family.
