“I have been a regular guest in your hotel over the last 18 months and have always been impressed by the quality of service. This visit has been no exception.
Your staff is always extremely helpful and engaging wheter in the dining room, reception and gym. In particular Trendy and Maggy who show real interest in their guest's wellbeing and fitness. Other too, such as Nora and staff in reception are always welcoming and give sense that nothing is too much effort.
Unfortunately this is my last visit to Sofia with my work now complete. I would like to thank you and your team for making me very welcome and comfortable during my many stays with you.”
